Starting with this issue, we're adding Google's Page Ranking (PR) Index to the ratings of this page. Google ranks all web pages on a scale from 0 to 10 according to the number of links that lead to that page and the importance of the referring pages. A low PR number does not reflect the quality of the page, but may tell the owner that it needs more marketing effort to make the page more "popular." You can check the PR of your, or any other, web page at http://www.prchecker.info/check_page_rank.php, for example. For an explanation of Google's PageRank technology, see http://www.google.com/technology/.

Konstantin Savchuk's Russian-Translation
http://www.russian-translation.ru/
A translator with an original specialty: His main business is translation of letters and telephone interpreting, mainly for clients of dating services in Russia. There is also a prepaid instant translation service: You type the text into a box, the system estimates the cost (at 0.2 cents/character), you pay via PayPal, and the translation is assumedly e-mailed to you (I never received my 6 cents' worth of translation after sending that amount).

Olivier den Hartigh Message [Communication & Traduction]
http://www.message-net.com/
A very attractive trilingual (English-French) site. The site describes the main services offered by its owner: document translation, website translation, and interpretation. The Spanish part of the trilingual website seems to have been machine-translated, as it contains serious errors and words left in French (viewed on June 11, 2005).
