is a Spanish translation designer residing in Westlake, OH. In his 23 years in the profession, he has been translator, project manager, software localizer, columnist, conference speaker, translation teacher and multilanguage desktop publisher. Many of his clients have been with him for more than 12 years.
A holder of a Master’s in Audiovisual Translation from Universidad Autònoma de Barcelona, he writes a client-centered blog (wordsmeet.wordpress.com)
whenever he’s not translating. His master’s thesis on the 40-year evolution of Spanish technical writing was published in 2011. He is currently writing an essay on information design for translators.
